Day 10: None

Today was a busy day. I didn't have time to work out. Oops!

Day 9: 30 Mins

I did yoga and strength training stretches before really working out today. I did several sessions of advance step and a 10 minute boxing session. I am a little unmotivated today, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I am down 1lb 3oz from last week. Slowly but surely.

Day 8: 1 Hr

I started off with my yoga and strength, as always. I did a 10 minute session of boxing, several advanced step sessions, and a few balance exercises.

I'm having a hard time getting more than one cup of water in a day. Although one cup is a huge step compared to my typical 2-liter-a-day soda with no water-at-all day, I am trying harder to at least do two, three, or four cups of water.

Day 7: 45 Minutes

I started out with my yoga and strength stretches. I did several sets of advanced step. I also did a 10 minute boxing session.

I didn't start working out until late, so I was getting mad when the machine would not "feel" me punch or step. I knew I needed to go to bed before I threw the Wii out the window.

I am going to do my weigh ins on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays, so only a few more days. My stomach does feel a bit toner, already. I hope I have lost some weight.

Day 6: 1Hr 11 Mins

I have to be honest, today was rough. After the first 25 minutes, I stopped. I had a really lack of motivation today. Stretch after stretch. Bend after bend. Step after step. No.Motivation.What.So.Ever.

But, I had a little talk with Mr. Will Power and told him, just because he was going to be a lazy ass today, I couldn't let it get me down. After a few hours, I decided I wasn't going to bed without a bit of boxing and stepping.

Now, if you will excuse me, I need to finish my glass of water and take a shower. I need a good night's sleep.

Day 5: 52 Minutes

I'm feeling a bit better than yesterday, thankfully. No pain, no gain. Right?

I did some yoga and strength training poses. A few balance games and 30 minutes on free step where I did over 3800 steps. Go me!

Day 4: 38 Minutes

I am really feeling the nearly 2 hour work-out from yesterday. I did some yoga stretches since my sides are sore. I also did a 30 minute free step, which I did over 3300 steps. Go me!

Day 3: 1 hr 56 mins

I had ice cream for dessert last night, so I had to work out a bit longer today.

I opened up the advance on stepping, hula hoops, tight rope walking, and strength training. I also did some running, skiing, and yoga.

I'm even drinking water. If you knew me, you'd know that in itself is a huge feat.

Edited To Add: I couldn't sleep, so I decided to exercise some more. I did an additional 66 minutes.

Day 2: 30 Minutes

I did thirty minutes on the Wii today.

Stepping, Hula Hoops, Skiing, Yoga, and Strength Training.

So far, so good.
